During my recent family trip, we found a solid and secure hotel in a great location. the staff was receptive and made us feel welcome with their hospitality. Our room had air conditioning and was reasonably priced, making for a comfortable stay. the breakfast included was a real plus with its range of food choices. We especially enjoyed the local touch like the photos of famous musicians in the lobby.
The thin windows didn't keep out the city noise at night.

We greatly enjoyed tativan. A nice place for exploring Valledupar. You can eat at Arab King, which is set 900 feet away from the property...

Lovely hotel, perfect location! The staff was simply amazing! They were genuinely friendly and helpful, and their attention to detail was second to none. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a large variety of tasty and typical food from the region. The pool was a delightful addition to our romantic escape and helped us to cool off from the heat.
The room we stayed in needed some maintenance, the air conditioner was quite noisy and the showerhead wasn't working correctly. However, the hotel's location more than made up for these slight issues.

Staff was friendly, attentive and very welcoming. A quick dip in the pool was refreshing and made a huge difference, especially on hot days.
